Request and Quotation

Request may be sent us by email export@kopa.lt or filled into the form Request on the product.

The quotation will be made according to specifications and sent you by email. In one offer we may present the quotations of different print runs, different number of pages or binding types.

Terms and Conditions

After you look through the offer and pick the product version you wish to print, please, confirm your selection by email or fax.

After confirmation we will sign the contract for the order, where production, delivery and payment terms will be defined.

Files upload

Print ready PDF files are uploaded to FTP server. It's necessary to inform your Project Manager by email or phone when files are uploaded.

Proofs

We will start production only after Soft proof or Proof are approved.

Soft proof (PDF file) may be downloaded from FTP server and approved by email. Soft proof colours will be close to real colours only if your monitor is well calibrated.

Proofs are approved when signed:

• Plotter Proof - digital printing, low resolution, colours incorrect. It is meant for checking printing sheet layout, size and amount of object in the layout.
• Matching Colour Proof - digital printing, colours maximum close to final product. It is printed on special Proof paper (not the paper product will be printed on).
• Wet Proof - offset proof. Offset printing on the same paper the product will be printed on. Colour matching in accordance with ISO 12647-2.
