Challenging IT project succesfully reached its finish: KOPA started to work with a new business management system. Innovative enterprise resource planning solutions for the printing industry PrintVis built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV were implemented with the support of EU Structural Funds aiming to optimize the planning process of all activities of the company.
"Today we are excited and optimistic though he way we went wasn't stright and easy: such a big project was implemented for the first time at our company" – says Saulius Mudenas, KOPA Managing Director. - "We are sure that our customers will experiece soon many positive changes. New system will be convienient tool in our everyday work and will improve efficiently of managing of offers and orders, reprocentre, production, supply and logistics. It will guarantee improvement of customer service and increas of sales and production capacity. This will lead to growing competitive abilities of KOPA in Lithuanian as well as in the export markets."
Investments of e-business project "Development of KOPA enterprise resource planning solution"(No. VP-2.1-ŪM-02-K-01-063) reach more than half a million Litas (more than 180.000 Euros). Almost a half of this amount was financed by EU Structural Funds and by funds of national budget of the Republic of Lithuania. Enterprise resource planning solutions were implemented by Lithuanian IT Company "Columbus IT partner" and Danish IT experts.
